Your Pathway To Prosperity

“How To Achieve Prosperity And Have More Fun, Excitement, Free Time And Financial Independence. Discover… The Pathway To Prosperity”

Not so many years ago, I was far from anything that could be described as financially thriving. In fact, I was dead flat broke, spent more nights in a car than a house and couldn’t see any way out of my predicament.

When I finally reached a point of enough’s enough… I decided to create the rest of my life experience from a state of freedom rather than a state of incarceration.

So I set out on a journey to discover The Pathway To Prosperity.

It can be yours to if you want it…

A few years after I started this journey, I successfully transformed myself from being a dead flat broke potter to living the sort of prosperity and good fortune that I wish everyone could experience.

In this next series of blog posts, I’ll describe the steps I took to turn my misfortune into good fortune.

But before I do this, let me say something about the nature of society and how it prevents you from living a prosperous lifestyle.

You could be forgiven for thinking that mechanisms within society have single minded focus on economic prosperity. There’s nothing intrinsically wrong with this but… it often competes negatively with other aspects of prosperity such as health, happiness, thriving, and flourishing in your chosen lifestyle.

In today’s economic climate, ever increasing costs require you to give up more and more life hours for yourself so that you can offer them to work and its labour demands.

At the same time, the subtle but ever present mass marketing demands require you to spend more and more of your hard earned money on consumption goods that depreciate in value.

Prosperity is described as a state of flourishing, thriving, and good fortune; a state that encompasses financial freedom, happiness, fulfilment and optimal wellness.

The more hours you’re forced to give up, the more you’re driven away from your lifestyle preferences. This results in more stress but less flourishing, thriving, prosperity and good fortune.

The timeliness of Pathway To Prosperity is no coincidence. With the increased stressors of modern living, achieving more prosperity in your lifestyle is an absolute must do if more happiness is important.

You can begin with a simple change in mindset… that’s what I did. And the moment I did this, I took my first step towards an extraordinary life.

That’s the key…

If you’re like most people you’ve been conditioned to attempt to create freedom and prosperity from the position of servitude to large amounts of debt.

This is lunacy and it never works. Witness the millions of unhappy people who never experience more time… more money… or even get close to more freedom.

Instead of thriving and experiencing good fortune, they experience, less time… less money… and less freedom.

If you’d like to turn these outcomes upside down, this is exactly what the Pathway To Prosperity will show you how to do.

Finally, you can say goodbye to your old results and achieve prosperity and freedom. I know this to be true because I’ve witnessed thousands of people achieve similar results for themselves.

Does it take time? Sure it does. But you never need to do more than just one step at a time. All you need is a strong determination to succeed and I’ll give you the map that I and so many others have used for ourselves.

The sad thing is that most people are closer to freedom and prosperity than they realise but, because they’re so busy, they never give themselves enough time to see these possibilities for themselves.

They’ve become so trapped in their “daily routines” that they can’t see the wood through the trees.

The Pathway To Prosperity is my proven curriculum of 11 steps that I’ve been teaching people in one form or another since 2003. Each step is underpinned on incredibly powerful information revealed by cutting edge discoveries into the neuroscience and psychology of abundance and prosperity.

They encourage you to achieve extraordinary results in every area of your life…

The Pathway To Prosperity is designed to ensure you end the tug-of-war between your desire for more and your restrictions of time and choice. Just choose an important outcome you want for yourself and allow me to support you in attaining that outcome.

Each step acts powerfully in every aspect of life you choose:

  • from weight loss to more connected relationships
  • from being lost in a sea of sameness to finding your true purpose in life
  • from experiences of isolation to finding a group of like minded people to connect with
  • from the servitude of debt to lucrative finances and cash flow
  • from societal servitude to the freedom of physical and emotional resilience

Over the next series of blogs, I’ll post a synopsis of each of the 11 proven steps along the Pathway To Prosperity.

By taking deliberate action on each one, what you’ll begin to experience on a daily basis will directly result from the processes you learn.

Each of the steps are exactly the same steps I took to recondition my mind so that I could transform myself from being a dead flat broke potter to someone who now enjoys financial prosperity along with good fortune and a flourishing and thriving lifestyle.

Now it’s your turn to move from a life of struggle to an inspiring, creative, abundant and productive life of freedom.

I’ll post each of the steps in subsequent posts

The Importance Of Mentoring

Saturday, August 24th, 2013

“Experience Productive Benefits, Recurring Value And Increasing Profits… Through One On One Personalised Mentoring Aimed At Delivering Important Outcomes.”

The great family therapist Virginia Satir, once said to the co-creator of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Richard Bandler, “You know, Richard, most people think the will to survive is the strongest instinct in human beings, but it isn’t. The strongest instinct is to keep things familiar” (Source: Make Your Life Great.)

Evolutionary speaking, our brain has a design principle that makes extraordinary change or success difficult for most people. Our brain is designed to act on what it observes, rather than what it doesn’t observe. It acts on reoccurring thoughts rather than new possibilities.

The brain’s design preference for acting on what is already familiar to it, is the single most important factor in why you often can’t effectively solve the challenges you’re facing.

Your reoccurring reality is the result of what your brain notices. But the solutions you need to the challenges you face are always found outside what your brain consistently notices.

It’s why the world’s greatest teams and most successful individuals in any given context engage coaches and mentors. They know that success is found outside what their brain habitually notices… Outside their “familiars”.

The word familiar comes from the 14th C Old French word famelier meaning “intimate, very friendly, on a family footing,” and from the Latin word familiaris which means “domestic, of a household” and “familiar, intimate, and friendly”.

Solutions are often located outside your particular frame of reference… ‘Outside’ what is already familiar to you. They’re found in information and strategies that your brain normally doesn’t notice and this is where mentors become extremely valuable to the outcomes you seek.

Extraordinary success is not something that requires seemingly super human qualities. Nor is it something that is beyond the reach of anyone who wants to tap into their true potential. Simply stated, extraordinary success is achieved through a process of turning creative ideas into sustained behaviours.

Most people generate ideas and dreams but what’s often missing is sustained determination and an ability to remain focused on attending to the behaviours and actions necessary for the realisation of those dreams.

Unquestionably, the common benefits enjoyed by all mentoring clients are that they feel safe to explore territory, strategies, opportunities and information outside their existing familiars.

This leads to exponential increases in self confidence, self ability, self efficacy, self awareness and personal control. In turn, this saves you time, money and costly mistakes.

The ultimate purpose of mentorship is to develop your (as yet) unrealised potential so that life is experienced as a daring adventure of expansion and sustainable achievement. It helps get your results off “pause” and back on “fast forward”.

It’s the Consumption Code that’s most familiar in terms of money results and it’s what keeps dragging you back into your familiars. Freedom, especially in the form of financial freedom, is only possible from productive Enterprise Code change.

Love for you to share your thoughts on this.

What Is Success And How Is It Achieved?

Saturday, August 17th, 2013

“Does Hard Work Lead To Success?”

At a recent Teen Award Ceremony in the US, actor Ashton Kutcher started a short speech by saying, “First of all, I don’t have a career without you guys.  I don’t get to do anything without you guys.”

The acknowledgement of the other half of  “success” was an interesting opening comment I thought.

The “other half” it seems, is something that’s often missing in any description of what success is.

Kutcher went on to say that in his experience “opportunity” looks like hard work. He then described a number of low skill jobs he worked in during his late teens and early twenties… noting especially that he had never had a job in his life that he was “better than”.

Yet how many people do you know who do the exact opposite? The most graphic of these are people who prefer the dole rather than taking on jobs they perceive they’re better than. Of course this is not an across the board thing as many people would take on any job if only they could get one.

The point I’m making though is that when people ask me how to become wealthy, depending on their current circumstances in life, I often start by saying… “Get a job”. Any job. The reason behing me saying this is because they could then use the “money” to undertake the next stage of their learning. The replies that shock me the most come from an attitude implying that they are much bigger than just any job.

When I was starting out on my journey to financial freedom, I worked four part time jobs. At one job I was paid $15 per day wrecking houses. (But the real value in this job was what I learned. It allowed me renovate houses and acquire second hand materials which I could then renovate and reuse. This enabled me to create my first $100,000 in asset value within 6 months).

The reason for 4 part time jobs, instead of one secure full time job, was so that I could work more hours and more days which meant that I earned more money than one full time job. I could then apply this money to learning the important lessons I needed to learn. In fifteen years of teaching people how to become wealthy, I’ve never met anyone who was willing to start this way. That they are still not financially successful is telling.

Another idea Kutcher promoted in his talk was the idea of being “sexy” which he described as “being smart… thoughtful and generous”.

A third offering came as a result of remembering something Steve Jobs often talked about. Jobs observed that as we grow up, enculturation teaches us that the world is the way it is and that we should live our lives inside this world. We’re told to follow the rules, not get into trouble, get a good education, get a good job, make some money, become a good consumer, get married, have a family and so on as the rest of the story goes.

The point he was making is that life is much bigger than Enculturation’s Plan for the masses. The idea that life doesn’t have to look like a life on the “work/stress, not enough time, not enough money treadmill” is foreign to most people. Instead of building a life experienced around the idea of financial freedom,  generation after generation fall into the trap of having a life based on the consumption code and servitude, rather than purposefully building a life based on the enterprise code and freedom.

While I’m not sure how much of his own wisdom Kutcher was sharing, as opposed to the wisdom of Steve Jobs given the film he’s just made… none the less, it’s hard to fault the wisdom itself.

While hard work may indeed lead to success, it is not the cause of success itself. One of the reasons for this is that success, in any endeavour, does not follow the “cause and effect” principle. Success is actually an “emergent”. No matter how hard you try, something else has to provide the spark…

The concept of “emergence” has been around since the time of Aristotle but the term emergent was coined in 1875 by pioneer psychologist G. H. Lewes who said that… “Every resultant is either a sum or a difference of co-operant forces; their sum, when their directions are the same — their difference, when their directions are contrary.”

As an emergent, success unfolds as a result of a series of effective moment-by-moment decisions made from a large number of options available every time you need to make a choice.

Instead of every day placing themselves in positions where an emergent process can happen, most people continue to place themselves into positions where servitude, predictability, and sameness always happen.

Mastery External Feedback

“Liberate What’s Holding You Back… With The Money Mastery Blueprint”

When undertaking a journey of change, especially when you’re trying to improve your results around money, the importance of using Mastery External Feedback is an absolute must and cannot be overstated.

Just click on the video for a few ideas in this regard. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxkw5bMovDA

The older I get the more intolerant I become of sameness. I use to accept it once and just get on with my business but now I no longer accept it. If I have to shake people out of sameness and into freedom, then I’ll do it

I know that this is your time to feel… to grow… to be free.

So have you made your decision to finally start breathing so that you can live your life fully?

Have you finally got to that point where you’re no longer prepared to wait for people, especially those who are so stuck they’re just holding you back?

If you’re holding yourself back, or you’re allowing others to hold you back, you can’t love, live or breath… you can’t feel alive, you can only feel numb because numb allows you to survive… but not grow.

Some time ago, I decided to take control of who I share my energy and time with. I no longer wanted to allow people into my inner sanctum that didn’t contribute to growth. It’s a simple test. Do they tend to drain my ENERGY or do they tend to give me ENERGY?

Great people ENERGISE… it’s as simple as that. So from now on, start seeking out people that energise you and give you hope and love and connection and ideas and vitality. Pull the plug on anything that drains you if you are in a position to do so.

In a ‘time stressed’, ‘plugged in’ and overloaded world of mediocrity, where do people connect with more energising thoughts, along with fertile, challenging and coherent narratives?

Where do people access expanding ideas and supportive environments aimed at stretching and growing the realisation of greater potential?

My dream is a simple one. It’s of a world where people truly live, truly share and truly matter. It’s a world where people experience freedom from the pressures of financial stress… a world where people are their own masters so they can play more and work less.

How about we all get together and develop an environment that ignites innovation, imagination and creativity and fires up the entrepreneurial genius in us all?

You can see what I’m doing about building such a community through my Money Mastery Blueprint.

But first I’ve got to get you to the point of financial freedom so that you have the “space” to grow, transform and move forward.

“Growing Old With Someone You Love”

One thing I’ve always prided myself in is my ability to teach and support people who really want to learn.

This is my real gift to people.

A lot of people think that I’m lucky because I’ve achieved the sorts of freedom that most people can only ever dream of. But I don’t think I’m lucky so much as I am determined to create my lifestyle from freedom rather than incarceration.

That’s the key… if you’re like most people you’ve been conditioned to immerse yourself in huge amounts of debt first and then attempt to create freedom from the position of servitude to that debt.

This is lunacy and it seldom, if ever, works. Witness the millions of unhappy people who never experience more time… more money… or more freedom…

Instead, they experience, less time… less money… and less freedom… These outcomes need to be turned upside down.

With the same determination as I, and others, have shown, you too can achieve the same results as myself. I know this to be true because, over the past 15 years, I’ve shown thousands of people how to get similar results for themselves.

So I know that you can do it too.

The only question you really need to answer is, “Why are you allowing yourself to continue struggling with time, money and relationships when so much more is readily available?”

And its so close.

Most people are closer to freedom then they realise but they never give themselves permission to see such possibilities for themselves.

The sad thing is that if you don’t begin to move forward soon, you become so trapped in your own “story” that you can’t see the wood through the trees.

If you’re ready to make a start on your financial future… begin with my free eCourse The Ten Steps To Wealth… Just visit www.tenstepstowealth.com and enter your details.

Recently I just had a birthday which caused me to reflect on a few things…

I must be getting old because over the past few years I’ve noticed that all that matters to me these days is the connected relationships I have with others.

Economic and personal freedom are great gifts but they’re not the greatest gifts that I experience.

It’s the people around me who give me permission to be myself… And what I get from them is unconditional love and support.

When it’s all said and done, who could wish for anything more.

Today, as I was walking along a street near home, an older couple caught my eye…  and I couldn’t help but think that one of the greatest pleasures in life is to grow old with someone you love.

This lead me to start thinking about Antonia Dodge one of the founders of Personality Hacker.

She’s brilliant at showing you how to connect to your true inner genius.

Now Antonia is applying her ground breaking discoveries to the important area of “relationships”… in all their forms – finding ideal partners – finding your soul mate – becoming more intimate and connected in your relationship – having a fantastic relationship with your children and so much more.

Below is a link to a video by Antonia Dodge explaining her brilliant new series of workshops on understanding your Genius Style (your innate genius) and how it relates to relationships.

This series of workshops really bring to the fore… insights into relationships that are little known and seldom discussed. Yet they have such a remarkable impact on deepening existing intimate connections… or finding your ideal relationship type.

Once you understand how each side of a relationship thinks, perceives and make decisions, you can deepen your connection and intimacy… or find your ideal soul mate… or repair relationships that are going off the rails.

Find your ideal partner through Jungian typology and grow old with someone you love…

Here’s how… www.personalityhacker.com/summer-of-love-pc-1
