Your Pathway To Prosperity

“How To Achieve Prosperity And Have More Fun, Excitement, Free Time And Financial Independence. Discover… The Pathway To Prosperity”

Not so many years ago, I was far from anything that could be described as financially thriving. In fact, I was dead flat broke, spent more nights in a car than a house and couldn’t see any way out of my predicament.

When I finally reached a point of enough’s enough… I decided to create the rest of my life experience from a state of freedom rather than a state of incarceration.

So I set out on a journey to discover The Pathway To Prosperity.

It can be yours to if you want it…

A few years after I started this journey, I successfully transformed myself from being a dead flat broke potter to living the sort of prosperity and good fortune that I wish everyone could experience.

In this next series of blog posts, I’ll describe the steps I took to turn my misfortune into good fortune.

But before I do this, let me say something about the nature of society and how it prevents you from living a prosperous lifestyle.

You could be forgiven for thinking that mechanisms within society have single minded focus on economic prosperity. There’s nothing intrinsically wrong with this but… it often competes negatively with other aspects of prosperity such as health, happiness, thriving, and flourishing in your chosen lifestyle.

In today’s economic climate, ever increasing costs require you to give up more and more life hours for yourself so that you can offer them to work and its labour demands.

At the same time, the subtle but ever present mass marketing demands require you to spend more and more of your hard earned money on consumption goods that depreciate in value.

Prosperity is described as a state of flourishing, thriving, and good fortune; a state that encompasses financial freedom, happiness, fulfilment and optimal wellness.

The more hours you’re forced to give up, the more you’re driven away from your lifestyle preferences. This results in more stress but less flourishing, thriving, prosperity and good fortune.

The timeliness of Pathway To Prosperity is no coincidence. With the increased stressors of modern living, achieving more prosperity in your lifestyle is an absolute must do if more happiness is important.

You can begin with a simple change in mindset… that’s what I did. And the moment I did this, I took my first step towards an extraordinary life.

That’s the key…

If you’re like most people you’ve been conditioned to attempt to create freedom and prosperity from the position of servitude to large amounts of debt.

This is lunacy and it never works. Witness the millions of unhappy people who never experience more time… more money… or even get close to more freedom.

Instead of thriving and experiencing good fortune, they experience, less time… less money… and less freedom.

If you’d like to turn these outcomes upside down, this is exactly what the Pathway To Prosperity will show you how to do.

Finally, you can say goodbye to your old results and achieve prosperity and freedom. I know this to be true because I’ve witnessed thousands of people achieve similar results for themselves.

Does it take time? Sure it does. But you never need to do more than just one step at a time. All you need is a strong determination to succeed and I’ll give you the map that I and so many others have used for ourselves.

The sad thing is that most people are closer to freedom and prosperity than they realise but, because they’re so busy, they never give themselves enough time to see these possibilities for themselves.

They’ve become so trapped in their “daily routines” that they can’t see the wood through the trees.

The Pathway To Prosperity is my proven curriculum of 11 steps that I’ve been teaching people in one form or another since 2003. Each step is underpinned on incredibly powerful information revealed by cutting edge discoveries into the neuroscience and psychology of abundance and prosperity.

They encourage you to achieve extraordinary results in every area of your life…

The Pathway To Prosperity is designed to ensure you end the tug-of-war between your desire for more and your restrictions of time and choice. Just choose an important outcome you want for yourself and allow me to support you in attaining that outcome.

Each step acts powerfully in every aspect of life you choose:

  • from weight loss to more connected relationships
  • from being lost in a sea of sameness to finding your true purpose in life
  • from experiences of isolation to finding a group of like minded people to connect with
  • from the servitude of debt to lucrative finances and cash flow
  • from societal servitude to the freedom of physical and emotional resilience

Over the next series of blogs, I’ll post a synopsis of each of the 11 proven steps along the Pathway To Prosperity.

By taking deliberate action on each one, what you’ll begin to experience on a daily basis will directly result from the processes you learn.

Each of the steps are exactly the same steps I took to recondition my mind so that I could transform myself from being a dead flat broke potter to someone who now enjoys financial prosperity along with good fortune and a flourishing and thriving lifestyle.

Now it’s your turn to move from a life of struggle to an inspiring, creative, abundant and productive life of freedom.

I’ll post each of the steps in subsequent posts

What Is Success And How Is It Achieved?

“Does Hard Work Lead To Success?”

At a recent Teen Award Ceremony in the US, actor Ashton Kutcher started a short speech by saying, “First of all, I don’t have a career without you guys.  I don’t get to do anything without you guys.”

The acknowledgement of the other half of  “success” was an interesting opening comment I thought.

The “other half” it seems, is something that’s often missing in any description of what success is.

Kutcher went on to say that in his experience “opportunity” looks like hard work. He then described a number of low skill jobs he worked in during his late teens and early twenties… noting especially that he had never had a job in his life that he was “better than”.

Yet how many people do you know who do the exact opposite? The most graphic of these are people who prefer the dole rather than taking on jobs they perceive they’re better than. Of course this is not an across the board thing as many people would take on any job if only they could get one.

The point I’m making though is that when people ask me how to become wealthy, depending on their current circumstances in life, I often start by saying… “Get a job”. Any job. The reason behing me saying this is because they could then use the “money” to undertake the next stage of their learning. The replies that shock me the most come from an attitude implying that they are much bigger than just any job.

When I was starting out on my journey to financial freedom, I worked four part time jobs. At one job I was paid $15 per day wrecking houses. (But the real value in this job was what I learned. It allowed me renovate houses and acquire second hand materials which I could then renovate and reuse. This enabled me to create my first $100,000 in asset value within 6 months).

The reason for 4 part time jobs, instead of one secure full time job, was so that I could work more hours and more days which meant that I earned more money than one full time job. I could then apply this money to learning the important lessons I needed to learn. In fifteen years of teaching people how to become wealthy, I’ve never met anyone who was willing to start this way. That they are still not financially successful is telling.

Another idea Kutcher promoted in his talk was the idea of being “sexy” which he described as “being smart… thoughtful and generous”.

A third offering came as a result of remembering something Steve Jobs often talked about. Jobs observed that as we grow up, enculturation teaches us that the world is the way it is and that we should live our lives inside this world. We’re told to follow the rules, not get into trouble, get a good education, get a good job, make some money, become a good consumer, get married, have a family and so on as the rest of the story goes.

The point he was making is that life is much bigger than Enculturation’s Plan for the masses. The idea that life doesn’t have to look like a life on the “work/stress, not enough time, not enough money treadmill” is foreign to most people. Instead of building a life experienced around the idea of financial freedom,  generation after generation fall into the trap of having a life based on the consumption code and servitude, rather than purposefully building a life based on the enterprise code and freedom.

While I’m not sure how much of his own wisdom Kutcher was sharing, as opposed to the wisdom of Steve Jobs given the film he’s just made… none the less, it’s hard to fault the wisdom itself.

While hard work may indeed lead to success, it is not the cause of success itself. One of the reasons for this is that success, in any endeavour, does not follow the “cause and effect” principle. Success is actually an “emergent”. No matter how hard you try, something else has to provide the spark…

The concept of “emergence” has been around since the time of Aristotle but the term emergent was coined in 1875 by pioneer psychologist G. H. Lewes who said that… “Every resultant is either a sum or a difference of co-operant forces; their sum, when their directions are the same — their difference, when their directions are contrary.”

As an emergent, success unfolds as a result of a series of effective moment-by-moment decisions made from a large number of options available every time you need to make a choice.

Instead of every day placing themselves in positions where an emergent process can happen, most people continue to place themselves into positions where servitude, predictability, and sameness always happen.

Love for you to share your thoughts on this.

Entrepreneurial success

Saturday, March 9th, 2013

“Success And The Emergence Of The Entrepreneur”

I’ve always looked upon entrepreneurial success as an “emergent” experience rather than something that follows the law of “cause and effect”.

As an emergent, entrepreneurialism unfolds as a result of a series of effective moment-by-moment decisions made from a large number of options available every time you have to make a choice.

It’s the spark of bringing together “operant forces” that most people miss in their attempt to become a successful entrepreneur.

Success emerges from the purposeful application of episodic rather than semantic knowledge. It emerges as you learn from each new step and each new learning experience.

The better your results, the broader your perspectives and the more value you bring to the experience of being an entrepreneur and the experiences you deliver to pleased customers.

Having one customer sing your praises to the “right” person could literally triple your business over night. If every day you plan for this to happen, one day it will.

As an emergent, entrepreneurial success is achieved through the continual refinement of experiences gained over time.

When you refine these experiences in the presence of mastery external feedback, your journey to achievement is that much more likely.

That’s why the most successful people in the world seek out the best mentors and coaches they can find.

You’ll never see a world class golfer without a caddy by their side, nor a world class athlete without a coach, or world class boxers without corner people, or world class business people without mentors.

Sometimes, becoming a successful entrepreneur means getting into the energy orbit of people who already have the type of success you desire for yourself. And while this doesn’t “guarantee” your success, it’s the fastest way to “spark” your success.

“The Importance Of Focus”

If you’ve been working your way through The Ten Steps To Wealth eCourse, I hope things are starting to come together for you, BUT… I also realise there’s so much to learn isn’t there.

The secret to success is “not to give up” and I know this is easier said than done.

I was speaking to a person who I’ve been mentoring for a month or so now and it was an interesting conversation.

He’s someone who has been up in the millions of dollars of earnings but has always achieved these results via the “corporate” arena.

A year or so ago, he was so fed up with the back stabbing, the unfeeling ruthlessness and the lack of real care for clients that he decided to sever his ties with the corporate world and start out on his own entrepreneurial pathway.

Along with thousands of work from home moms, online marketers and people who want to make more money in an entrepreneurial way, he found the challenge of moving away from a structured environment a little daunting at first.

His current challenge is that he’s now finding a host of opportunities, demands, requests for help and distractions that are competing for his attention. As a result, he hasn’t progressed very far on his own entrepreneurial pathway… and now he’s starting to worry a bit about his cash flow, or lack of it I should say.

Anyway, he’s reached out for a bit of support now and it won’t be long before we transform his money results into results he’s happy with.

The conversation we were having was centred on the notion of “Self Efficacy” and I explained that the secret to success that most people miss, it’s also the secret that “THE SECRET” missed…

It’s the secret to all manifestation, all productiveness, all Olympic medals, all winning teams, all stellar relationships, all forms of economic and personal freedom, all political wins and I could go on and on…

In its simplest form, the secret to getting more of what you want and less of what you don’t want is “Attention to Intention“.

This is a critical point and one that’s often missed because “circumstance” seems to always have you focused in different directions.

There is heaps of scientific research on this which I won’t bore you with but suffice to say that relative to your intention, everything else is a distraction… The more distraction there is, the less you get of what you truly want.

Once you’ve been through The Ten Steps Program, the most critical lesson I’d like you to get from everything you’ve read is the regaining of your ‘attending qualities to intention’.

Once you’re pretty clear on what these qualities are, I want to help you build higher levels of “Self Efficacy”.

I’m going to write more about Self Efficacy in a different post but if you’d like to do some further reading on this topic, you can click to a Self Efficacy article on About.com… http://psychology.about.com/od/theoriesofpersonality/a/self_efficacy.htm

Don’t worry too much about the jargon… we’ll work our way through so that it makes real sense.

Until then, stay on track and I hope you enjoy the rest of the articles on The Ten Steps To Wealth.

Don’t forget to send in questions if you have any

Update: Lots of people sent in questions for answering during our live Q&A session and here is a response from Wendy… “Paul yes the answers made sense.  I can see that setting smaller goals and succeeding with these will help build my confidence in being successful. I appreciated the feedback on working with suppliers and will give that a go. It was generally just a fantastic hour, as I found the information on the other questions useful too.”

The next Q&A is coming up shortly so if you have questions you would like answers to, send them in through The Ten Steps To Wealth website. You’ll be given instructions as soon as you register.
